Apparently Corbis, owned by Bill Gates, has the rights to all his images. However any merchandise requires The Hebrew University of Jerusalem to bless it.

This photo became one of the most popular photos ever taken of Einstein and on June 19, 2009, the photograph was sold at auction for $74,324. Now try to match that...</description>
