OECD – Open Data Done Wrong

The Organization for Economic Co-Operation and Development, a Paris-based group of 30 countries with market economies released its annual labor statistics report recently.
There’s some interesting data derived by Forbes from the report which would have been actionable except that these statistics are for 2007. That’s right, in mid-2009, we are getting data for 2007. Nuts. [...]
